Even if at a minimum, plasma is twice as fast as oxy-gas when cutting metals up to 25 mm in thickness and up to 12 times faster on thinner materials, additionally we can add to the plasma cutting torches the oxy-gas cutting torches in order to cover an wider thickness range.  Plasma is a faster and more productive process than laser, water-jet or oxy-fuel cutting when doing mechanized cutting of metal greater than 6 mm and less than 50 mm. In addition, its ability to cut a wide variety of electrically conductive materials provides outstanding versatility. Customized or standard version of the plasma cutting machine we can supply conventional plasma, high-definition plasma, air plasma or X-Definition plasma, all originals from Hypertherm.

Standard or Customized? Our standard CNC machines with Hypertherm plasma cutting technology are with the following dimension: 1.5 m, 2 m, 2.5 m, 3 m width and up to 12 m long. PlasmaTech cutting machine can be delivered complete with cutting fume extraction table and filtration system or 100% functional without downdraft table and/or extraction and filtration system.
